Found this 2005 Jefferson nickel in loose change. It doesn't appear to be sanded down to me and the additional lines to the right of his nose appeared to be slightly raised. Your thoughts please.

Has to be sanded, somehow. Weight of coin? Should be right around 5 grams.

Damaged carefully with a dremel to keep from hitting rim?

That didn't happen during the striking of the coin so it is PMD

What about under "In God we trust". Looks to have stroke underneath? Also to the right of his face looks like raised lines. How did they avoid not sanding that down?
