I found this in a roll from the bank the other day. Any info would be much appreciated.

That it not an error, that is what is known as a vise job.
Someone has squeezed another coin on it leaving the impression.
The fact that the letters are reverse and incuse indicates that.

Agree. Not an error. The reversed letting is a clear give-away.

The letters are mirrored and the rim edge gives it away. On doubled struck coins, you wouldn't see the incuse rim mark:

Note the devices are normal and the there is no rim mark.
