Second of two 1996-P Broadstruck nickels I picked up for $20 each. Quarter sized and decent quality.

Nice! I have several 1999 Jefferson nickels that are broadstruck. I always like the interesting metal flow on this type of error and the cupronickel alloy shows it really well!

Excellent broadstrike with really nice eye appeal in high grade. That's a great addition to your collection.

A Centered Broadstrike at that. I like the step detail you almost always find on these.

Really nice, well-centered broad-strike. Gives us an idea of the amount of striking pressure needed for nickels when a nickel gets pan-caked to the size of a quarter once the collar die is removed.

(Neat, I didn't realize 1999 had nickels to go with all the Lincoln Cent broad-strikes.)
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
