Something a little more interesting...

I can't quite decide on this one after consulting the online photograde.

The pics aren't the best. They show proper detail, but the coin in hand looks whiter than the picture. Some luster left, more on the obverse than the reverse.

A little beat up to be sure.. but a nice date.

XF45/AU50, tough to get a good feel for the surfaces.

I'd say AU-50, although the reverse rim damage might be a problem.

I'm at EF-45, no sense of luster.
Rest in Peace

EF 45 unless a fair amount of luster then AU 50. I believe this coin is generally soft struck.

Didn't see this one coming. Part of the learning curve. In retrospect, I can see that the luster is mostly gone.

When I looked at the first two pictures, my first thought was cleaned, but no hairlines visible. If no hairlines on coin from cleaning, it may have been dipped. I put the coin at XF 40/45. It is a money coin and PCGS was very hard on the grading.

I'm guessing they saw the halos around the obverse stars and date as a sign of a previous dip.
I'm still at EF45 for the grade.
