How much would you value this coin and what kind of state it pulls.

I'd call this Fine, with a rather weak strike on Britannia on the reverse. That's fairly typical of these coins, as the portrait of Queen Victoria was in quite high relief and tended to suck the metal up when the blank was pressed between the dies.

It's a fairly common coin with a mintage figure of 1,887,250. The 2021 Coin Year Book values an 1888 farthing at £1 in Fine. Having said that, many dealers in the UK would probably consign this coin to a junk bin with coins priced at 25p or 50p, or would sell it as part of a lot: it just wouldn't be worth their trouble to put such a coin in a 2x2 and price it individually.

I ask this because prices on ebay are very different from $ 1 to$13-15. I understand that prices in the UK are lower since this is the UK it is an emitet country, but how much can it cost abroad ? In particular, how much should I ask for on ebay?

What is an emitet country? Hopefully something good

I would say the coin is closer to VG than Fine and its value is cents.

ebay is a VERY POOR indication of what coins are really worth, it would be wrong to say everyone on it is a thief as many fine sellers and dealers are there - it is riddled with dreamers and thieves too.

Only on ebay do you find people selling like worn 1971 1p and 2p coins for £1000 or more, because they think they are rare when they are not.

Many people put rubbish coins on at absurd prices, believing "bunnies" (Naive and cashed up people) will pay those prices.

I would go with what NumisRob says as he is a proper collector and knows his British coinage incredibly well rather than some knob on ebay selling worn Victorian farthings for $13 a pop.

the issuing country
of the issuer is a legal entity that develops, registers and sells securities for the purpose of financing its activities.
This is a country that issues banknotes and securities (Pound-Great Britain, ruble-Russia, etc.)
Perhaps the translator translated it incorrectly

To add to what Princetane has said, use the advanced search feature on ebay and select "Sold listings". This will show what people are prepared to pay and thus represents a coins worth better than what the dreamers would like you to pay. As mentioned by others, you may still see a significant price variation owing to the different grades sold.

I agree with NumisRob - in that condition you'd buy it in a bulk lot, not individually.
