I should not have described it as a coin.....and looks to have Chinese Zodiac animals on the reverse......possibly a Mausoleum in the foreground.

That kinda looks like Mt. Fuji. Maybe someone can confirm? If so, then that building might be the Buddhist temple Taiseki-ji. Or I might be way off...

i would say that very likely MT.fuji, as Chinese Zodiac would have 12 animals. Probably some sort of temple token/tourist token.
