Looking for some help from the quarter folks on this one. It was spotted by a CCF member and he couldn't figure it out from the seller images, so we agreed I'd buy it and see if it could be done in hand. I'm not super good with quarters, but couldn't match it to anything on VV although I honestly could have just missed something as there are similar ones. Coin appears to be doubled exclusively on BERTY.

Any help appreciated.

Doubling is definitely very similar to these three:
DDO-012/WDDO-009
DDO-013
DDO-014

It looks like DDO-013 has some similar die scratches through IGWT and the date but I can't pick out any that match perfectly. I agree there's not a clear match to your coin.

Cool find though! The silver quarter DDs are pretty fun, a lot of underrated ones out there. I just haven't had the opportunity to pick many up.

Certainly strong across LIBERTY. I trust Tanman's opinion is correct.

I actually passed up a similar one today due to it being the harshest cleaning I have ever seen. Complete with hairlines that look like it was cleaned with 80 grit sandpaper.

Is there some doubling on the word quarter? That one had it too.

Looks pretty much normal from what I can tell? I've not seen a match up to it so far.

Finally got a chance to check out the comments and do some looking things up. Of DDO-012, 013 and 014, none of them have matching die markers. That said, the doubling itself is pretty much a perfect match for DDO-013. Pretty sure this is just an unlisted die state for that die, and would be interested if anyone could give a reason why it couldn't be? At some point, if the coin is an unlisted die stage and the doubling matches, ya just gotta go for it.

Thanks for the help, it is always appreciated.
