Plucked these today from a bag of unattributed Roman bronzes of generally mediocre (or worse) quality. These two are nothing terrific, but they were notably decent & cheap enough, & I thought they might as well stay together.

The one on the left I have as RIC VIII 195, G & the other as RIC VIII 88, B. Note the Christogram atop the standard on the reverse of the latter specimen.

Congrats, LC. A nice pair of AE's. Other than the bit of corrosion on the periphery, the right one is sharp. Good detail on that one, especially.

Those are neat @lc. Can you please help me understand the mints/officinae in the exergues? It looks like PSIS and BSIS. That is for Siscia/Sisak, right?
