Don't know what you mean by loaded? Also, I think you are going to need to post much much better photos for us to help you.

Hmm, at least from these pics, I'm only seeing heavy circulation wear. As noted, if you tell us what you are seeing with the coin in hand, usually we can be more helpful.

Given the somewhat out-of-focus photos, I believe I'm seeing a very well-worn Wheat cent, complete with a dose of environmentally-caused staining/toning. There may have been an attempt to clean the coin long ago.

looks like a 'beach' coin to me. A coin that the ocean wore down to the condition you now see it at.

I'm sorry about the image guys, I havent got the picture taking down quite yet. Loaded meaning no image just copper.
