On the left sides of the devices there is also Machine Doubling. That is what you are seeing on that area of the devices. A doubled die would affect all/many/some of the devices, depending on the type of hub doubled that was created on the die. But because the devices are normal size, machine is not a die issue, but a post strike issue with the machine. So it alters devices as the machines meck is moving after the strike.
