1957-D Bie, Plus Struck Thru Debris, Plus Lamination, Plus Struck Thru?

Nice BIE chip and struck thru grease on obverse plus struck thru debris and lamination on reverse. However I'd like to get thoughts on the reverse struck thru. Is this PMD on the rim as well? This coin has a delamination cause by improper alloy mixt. the form of the delamination combinate with the edge of the coin show clear this. I am not on the side of the 2x2 coin.
