I posted one of these earlier and learned it was a PIDT. This one looks to be from the same dies. Slim odds from a half roll. It appears to me to have been struck from the same die pairs. Only speculating.
The images provided represent the nearest representation of color I can provide. A nice red.I will post additional images if you desire in specified locations.
It will take me a little time to compare any markers unless you are able to provide suggestions.
TY in advance for advice. I never heard of PIDT, and now maybe 2 of the same in a 70 some odd yr and old 1/2 roll.
How long ago did 25 cent rolls exist.
I will await your opinions.

When you get a chance can you take a clear, closeup of the area I have cropped. It looks like you may also have a clash on top of the PIDT.

Not a die clash, but Feeder Finger Damage to the die coin. (Common on the 1944 cent reverses:

Probably the reverse is showing a slight rotation? (Less than 45 degrees are not keepers.
Liberty looks like a finger print on that area to the north.
Doesn't appear to be a doubled die. Just a nice BU cent. Goof for an album.

I much appreciate the response. I am adding some close ups of the areas discussed in your responses. I hope is not overload but trying my best to present different angles.
As to the suspected die clash/feeder finger anomaly going through the C in cent, I assumed it the be related to the PIDT. It is slightly raised above the area already affected by the PIDT that corresponds to the lower bust on the obverse. It slopes smoothly to both sides. On one of the images you can notice light reflection inside the C. The same situation is visible right of the E in ONE. I see no abrasions in these areas. Relatively smooth high areas. The one through the C appears to be slightly higher than the C itself showing some slight wear as a high relief area would.
You may also notice the area around EPU has been effected in some manner.
As to the suspected fingerprints above LIBERTY on the obverse, the images show this not to be the case. Again, I presumed this to be associated with the PIDT. Smooth irregular raised hills. I also noticed a possible rim Cud adjacent to this area.
I am by no means as astute in these matters as you COOP and the many others of you that endeavor to educate others. My observations are greatly influenced by your contributions. My only reason for this posting was to express my elation at finding the same PIDT on another coin right after I learned there was such a thing. There was never any mention of a suspected doubled die here. I had already eliminated that possibility before noticing the stated die event in the title.
Perhaps the images will provide further insight. I look forward to your opinions as they always contribute to me having to ask fewer questions. But as I have come to learn in life, there are usually more questions than answers.
