Looks to be BU but pretty bag-marked. Guessing this is just a bullion coin.

It came out of a drawer at work lol.. looks like there's lots of doubling... and I think there's a P pushed under his eye? Am I crazy?

Silver price is probably high right now. But being in a nice condition, when all the silver is melted, the BU ones will more in demand for new collectors books in the future.

Nice coin, but you shouldn't hold it in your bare hand. The oils from your skin will mark it up. Like that fingerprint at K2

Someone more savvy than yours truly should weigh the possibility that this reverse die was meant for use on the harder 1965 planchets.
