Hi all,
Been a long time since I've been here, but have been going through some old coins again from my grandparents. Do I have a 1954 D over S nickel? Kind of looks like it, but I haven't had much luck finding others. Thoughts?

The 1954 error is an S over D, with the S prominent and the D in the background. There is a good picture in the RedBook. Unfortunately, your coin appears to be a normal 1954-D with possible circulation damage to the mintmark.
