It appears to show one of the Eagles Wing in front of Washington Face? Wondering if I am right about The Clash..And if it is DDO?

Here is an overlay:

But I feel this is not a clash issue. I don't remember seeing a clash mark on the obverse on that area. It almost looks like a a burnt coin issue. Where the metal was separated. (But the coin is not darkened?)

Or this could be an issue with a very worn obverse die. Note the very heavy die fields on that area.
The bulge of metal outwards on the obverse, make me feel it is not a clash. Check to see if the motto letters are different heights? It just doesn't look like a clash. On a clash you see the outline of the field/design but not widened/raised like what is on your coin.

Also I don't think that this is a DDO. LIBERTY doesn't look doubled to me.

Your coin has been exposed to one of the following: 1- An excessively worn out die which can be seen by the exaggerated flow lines and DDD shown especially on LIBERTY, 2- an excessive amount of heat which is very plausible causing the 'bubbling' appearance of the letters of IGWT as well as the noticeable distortions or 3- possibly an acid bath which I feel is a last resort.
