I see some die chips along with what appears to be some damage.
What exactly is it that you see? It helps if you would be a little more specific so that we know what to look for.

Probably the die was not tempered correctly. (brittle from being quenched too soon before the tempering took place) Just a spender. These are common to find on the single squeeze dies.
