Found this coin coin roll hunting. It looks to be clipped but seems like it has a lot going on with it.

Niki, I agree that there is a lot going on, but it looks to me exclusively like damage rather than mint errors. Neither divot in the edge looks like a clip and there is the typical deterioration present when the underlying zinc core is exposed and starts to deteriorate. This one is a spender for me.

Looks like two O's on reverse in ONE.

When it gets back to a bank they will send the these damaged coins back to the mint to be cancelled and recycled.

That is a clip alright, Just not done during the Minting process, It was clipped(Damaged) Once it left the mint and literally hit the streets.

With a coin this damaged you can almost see whatever you want to see on it if you look long enough. Oh and

That is damage from the zinc core dissolving away.

BTW- That isn't an "O" below the O in ONE, it is the scroll on the left side. You can see it if you compare this coin to another shield cent.
