1995 D Quarter Question About The Date

My2cent Valued Member United States 484 Posts	Posted 08/25/2021 11:19 am What is the cause of the date to look like this. The 1995 is not reduced and it's not flattened. Can this really be caused by Machine Doubling? There is nothing listed so I don't know. Just when I thought I was getting a hang of the difference between Machine Doubling and doubled dies life throws me this curveball. Assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank you. My2cent Valued Member United States 484 Posts	Posted 08/25/2021 3:09 pm Thanks everyone for helping me get my head around this one. I don't think I've seen Machine Doubling this severe before. It's just odd to me. I appreciate everyone's help. Hope you can understand why I was a little confused about it. I do know there's no separation though so that was my first clue about it being Machine Doubling. I also know that there was no listing but you never know what you can find out there.
