At first glance, the linear feature appears to be post strike damage. Is the feature raised or incuse?

It does look incuse, rather than raised. (incuse below the design is damage like a coin scratch) A die crack will be raised in the center. Not showing an incuse mark with moved metal on the outside of the affected area:

A clear, closeup of the "D" in GOD would be nice, it does not look damaged at the D. Can you also give us a clear, closeup of "RTY" in LIBERTY?
