Probably pointless and better to just drop it and move on to the next, but you could reach out to ebay fraud department, fill them in on situation in which they clearly lied about the reason for rerouting the package. It's clear the newly listed coin is the same, see what they say. I wouldn't even bother reaching out to the seller. Likely they won't respond, given the type of seller they are.
