Im sure coop will be around to help out, but this is a classic case of Die Deterioration Doubling and copper plating issues with the zinc causing all those bubbles all over the place. A true double die will actually look a bit different than Die Deterioration.
The right answer is already been posted. Note the color of the cent. Someone cleaned with it vinegar. Thus the pink color. What they missed is that the mintmark is also affected. Just a spendable coin unless you want to save it as an educational piece to show to a new collector as what each event was that altered the coin. (improper cleaning and a aging die issue) Also the obverse is showing a minor MAD (Mis-Aligned-Die)issue. Three subjects to cover on one coin. Not collectable as the devices are not falling over the edge of the coin. But still no premium.
