Nice coin! The strike through looks like a soaring eagle

Very interesting. Does have the look of a strike through. Consider posting new--large and sharp--photos of the coin, with reduced glare and removed from the packaging.

Quote: and removed from the packaging. try for a little better photo's, I wouldn't recommend removing it from the sealed package.. It will be worth more still sealed.

To me it looks like a struck through a grease/grime filled debris piece. Or a splitter piece of wood like a chewed on toothpick stuck onto the coin? (The weight should be normal as it doesn't look like any metal left the coin, just moved the metal around the struck through item)

That's a good sized one too. Nice find!

Very nice one! A decent sized struck through in some sealed mint cello, that's about as best as you can hope for with those mint sets.

Nice struck through! However, I would not recommend sending in for grading. I would post better shots here for grading before even considering sending in. From what I can make out, this is not an MS67/68 example as mentioned in your first post. Regardless, cool example!
