Multiple errors which includes missing number on date, DDO, DDR, Cud, clipped planchet, strike through, and more that you would need a microscope to better see. Or possibly a whole lot of PMD? Could someone also please help me with figuring out the last number on date. I apologize for my photos, they are not the best.

Just a damaged coin. Not a mint error. Just like a wrecked car is not a factory error, a damaged coin is not a mint error. Just a face value coin.

@sun, when I crop, enlarge, and enhance your pic, it looks to me like the last digit of the date could be a 9:

I see the number 9 but I also see a 8. What caused the date to look that way? Mint or PMD?

Doesn't really matter on a damaged coin. They are just worth face value. When they get back to the bank, they will be sent back to the mint to be canceled.
