Good morning again. I did my best to display a picture these are the coins from my earlier posts of the wheat cents. Its extremely hard to show luster in pictures. I did my best. And if Theres any input I can receive its well appreciated. Did they ever make bronze Wheat cent

Wheat cents are bronze,not including 1943.I am not understanding your question, sorry.

As Johm1 stated all wheat cents except 1943 are bronze. If your scale is correct, then your 1957 D is a little underweight.

Steel 1943 Wheat cent weigh 2.7 grams and stick to a magnet. Maybe the 1943 has whatever on it that turns cents blackish (tannins, asphalt, etc.). So the 1943 D is a normal steel cent and weighs correct amount. There are no steel 1957 cents and should be 3 grams. As noted yours is a bit underweight.
