Yeah to me it does like here's in God we trust you can see like some kind of Machine Doubling but then when you look at the r and the t and almost look like it's doubled

It is a normal die dime. The fields are showing extreme die wear. If you are looking at the outside edges of the devices, all you will find there is Machine Doubling and coin contact mark. Look at the centers of the devices to see if they are enlarged. If not it is normal. Most dimes after 1973 on the obverse side of the coins have little to no DDOs on them. The are a waste of time time, because of after 1973-S the list goes blank. Best to do is to look at rather listing on the sites to see what is listed, what to look for, then you will know what to look for. If you were traveling across the country, you would have a map to see how to reach your destination. Why not apply that logic to coin searches. Then you will know what and where to look at on coins. The new coins are totally different than other varieties in the past. So choose the right road, the first time. This will help you get to your desired destination.

Hard to tell from these photos, but is that a collar clash on the obverse from 3 to 7 o'clock?

It appears visible on the reverse as well.
