Im not sure if this coin has some linear plating bubble under the letters and the design. Also the letter E looks interesting.

Plating issues for sure, post mint, and the E looks like a hint of MD.

On the reverse looks like die gouges, maybe Feeder Finger Damage.

I'm thinking feeding finger issues with the reverse. Linear plating bubbles typically do not have a 'razor sharp' shelf-like character running in a crisp parallel manner as we see in this example. Hint of Machine Doubling too in UNTITED.
