I am new to this error stuff I am a quick learner and I stumbled upon someones collection of error coins in a storage locker and I'm trying to see if this is post damage or a minting error.

That is definitely post mint damage, the coin has been subjected to high heat causing the outer clad layer to bubble.

. I agree, PMD caused by heat.

Agree--a good example of post strike damage, very likely heat caused.

Then the heat bubbles were flattened altering the surface of the coin.

These are only worth face value because they are damaged. Not mint errors. Post strike damage.

Sharper photos might help, but from appearances, this looks to be heat induced post mint damage. No premium I'm afraid, sorry.
