Weighs 2.5 grams.

The coin has a gritty looking texture which, given the weight, I'm not sure is the grease or plating debris.

Could be gritty plating, with zinc dust below the plating with a Grease Fill die issue. (note the size of the devices that are there? They are wider from the grease blockage and height of the devices are shorter. Full rims.

Thanks CCF!

I imagine Abe's in a sidecar here with goggles on riding through a sand storm, staying stoic.

My date guess is 1982 or 83 on this one, going on the reverse design.
