The rim seems poorly defined at 2:00 on the reverse; don't know if that is an indication that it's not a proof, but I'm opining PF-64BN as the NGC grade. A possible fingerprint remnant and faint hairlines in the obverse field are perhaps enough to keep it from a 65 grade. Nice coin! Report this Post to the Staff
