Looks like a very strong strike, splitting the plating on that side of the coin. It wouldn't surprise me if the coin was a bit wider than normal? Is the outside edge of the coin flat all around? Look at the top of the "S" and "T", not just above but actually on top of the devices. 2. The curved line by the date has the characteristically irregular shape of a die crack. 3. yes there is some split plating on the coin.
