I'll also put a guess that it is graded at PF63 now that I see grading opinions.

Square edged rims with very sharp details, well struck up indicated to me that this coin is a proof.
Unfortunately, there is a small but obvious ding between the 'T' and 'E' on the reverse, small dings behind and under the eagle, and under 'ONE'.

VS4. (Oops, that's a diamond grading! )

PF-62, an exceptional coin anyway

Technical PF63, but my guess is its in a PF65 holder.
