unknow_n somewhat uncommon planchet flaw (lamination flaw or the begin of one due to the line not being sharp) I dont think it just coin scrape from a coin roll machine could be wrong, ill est maybe 15-30 dollars if reasonable depth of flaw and not just written of as circulation marking. Large lamination flaw do command premium tho starting $20 - $500 (this is for very heavy flaws/splinting)
