Not the best photos, but judging by the details I'm going to say its a solid XF-45, and can be a low to mid AU grade.

Retail Value is $40 and up? Need to examine up close.

obverse AU58 reverse AU53 net AU55. maybe $110 -120 range at retail. not the best eye appeal for a mid AU coin so I wouldnt pay that.

AU53+ works for me. A gentle acetone soak might not be a bad idea.
