I have US NGC certified coins: 1837 H10C G04, 1894 Dime VG08, 1912-S VF30 and 1896-O FR02. Due to the restrictions in the delivery of coins, I want to do the following. Break the weak and sell these coins on ebay without the weak, but with labels from NGC. Do you think this is the best idea? will I be able to get some money on the purchase of new coins or will such coins go for pennies?

you are going to have to sell them in their holders, to maximize any profit.

Agree. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a lot of value here.

If you break them out from the holders, then they are no longer considered certified, and you may not show the label in an ebay listing.

What "restrictions in the delivery of coins" are you referring to? You can't mail slabs? Numismedia lists the H10c G4 at $55 (assuming it's the "large date"), the 1894 VG8 at $54, so there's a little bit of value there.
