That one looks legit. Also that listing is for a 1944 cent not a 46.

I recall that it wasn't debunked but instead had some peculiar damage to the "S".

It is the correct die, the NW area is a distraction from what we are used to be seeing:

Note sure what is going on there? Looking now on the Side by side the upper serif was flattened on that area.
