That curve in the lower serif is from a damaged mintmark punch (Many coins from that year will have that. Depending on die state and the coin's condition), I'm not seeing a RPM.

I'm with Tanman. Your mm is further east too. Here is a marked up pic from VV that shows what you need to look for on 009.

Most of the area you are looking at is a damaged punch issue on the insides of the loops. I don't see a RPM. But the die looks like a nice die state. Note how fresh the devices look and the fields are flat.

Yes @tanman nailed it in my opinion too--looks more like damage around the mintmark rather than an RPM.
