Notice how the doubling is flowing towards the rim, that is usually
a sign of Die Deterioration Doubling.

Agree. Die Deterioration Doubling, and perhaps an early incidence of split plate doubling on the mint mark. Kinda fun, maybe 2x2 worthy as a curiosity.

Thanks y'all. Yes, lots of split plate on the reverse around US and the memorial.
Why is the 2 different on this one, compared to other 1992's? It's tail is shorter and sits a bit farther to the right. I saw a pictorial Coop made, but I can't say that I understood why it is different. Splitting, shearing something? lol, sorry and thank you again!!!

Also, he has a split chin and an extra piece of goop by his nose on his cheek...
