Please include photos of the both sides of the complete coin when making inquires, this helps us help you.
Looks like you have DDD on the numbers and letters.
Those may be scratches in front of Lincoln's nose, hard to tell with the reflection.

On Trust 'S': That is die wear. Note it is affecting the area between the edge of the device and the rim. That is the area where die wear is seen on the devices. It later even distorts even more:

When the die is fresh there is no die wear. On the first image we start to see the wear on the outside edge of the devices. Then next images show when it gets into the LDS range, it shows up more. Then in the third image we see outright distortion of the devices when it reaches the VLDS die state. That is what you are seeing on your coin.

This distortion on the devices will be in the direction of the closest rim. On the new coins with the single squeeze dies, the doubling will be different:

The big difference between the two are one affects the devices, the other affects the fields. Your coin was from a multi-hub die. The new coins are form a different process called single squeeze dies. The profile is lower on these coin and you see issues on the fields that also affect the dies. The DDD is one part of it, but the Ridge Ring is a different issue as an advanced aging of the die.
