Okay so, apparently I have a past with this specific variety.
Turns out I've made two previous posts about this cent, where I found it. However, it turns out that one of these posts actually was correct, and the other was not. The earliest post is the correct one:

Anyway, back to the coin at hand:
It was fairly easy to narrow this one down, as there is only one doubled die listed on Wexler's that shows this type of doubled flow on the date.
There is no die scratch near the nose, meaning that this is an earlier stage.
