It's much too grainy for me to tell. It has taken a hit across the center face which does not help but what is above is interesting. See if you can get a sharper pic.

wow, this is a difficult one, not sure if this is an RPM or not. It could be MD with circulation flattening.

I agree. It appears to a contact area on the mintmark. If it were a RPM, it would follow the curve. But it doesn't. Just the contact area is affected. No listings for this on Variety vista.
