Your post title says a 1983 Lincoln but your picture shows a 1994-D Lincoln Cent......

@loq, if you are talking about the grey shadowing around the date and mintmark, that is called split plate doubling and does not add to the value of the coin.

I see split copper plating, which some think is a type of MD. I also see on the reverse what might be Feeder Finger Damage between CENT and the building?

Agree with obverse split plating. Reverse is interesting--apparent feeder finger feature as ID's by John1.
