I did a quick google on your note's issue, and found that green seal shifted to blue is a known error variation. [http://www.antiquemoney.com/altered...es-currency/] Given that you pulled it from circulation, and therefore less likely to have been chemically altered, you may well have an error note there. I've seen it on a $5 note. The error was attributed to a contaminated ink well supplying ink to the print heads. Report this Post to the Staff
