Came across this at my job at first I thought it was fake. the I noticed how clean it was and went ahead and bought it, definitely not chemically altered, it looks like it was printed intentionally blue.

Interesting. I collect errors, and have a background in printing.
I did a quick google on your note's issue, and found that green seal shifted to blue is a known error variation. [http://www.antiquemoney.com/altered...es-currency/]

Given that you pulled it from circulation, and therefore less likely to have been chemically altered, you may well have an error note there. Quite an attractive one at that.

Nice one.

Welcome to CCF.
Unusual error. I would want the error authenticated. It has happened before. I've seen it on a $5 note. The error was attributed to a contaminated ink well supplying ink to the print heads.

That's a nice Five!
Any significant value for a greeny-blue error of this type in say EF-AU?
