Splattering---- ONLY 'uv visible' Glow Red/Crimson on outer areas, obviously different from center circle that doesn't glow. Thoroughly cleaned it but still there......what causes this ?

What is it? Does the patch fluoresce under ultraviolet light?

Mr T.....YES quite noticeable - scuffs/splatter fluoresce crimson/GOLD under a UV finger torch (Neotigason-acitretin) held a few inches above & to the side, even by day. I was hoping other collectors might test their MINT colored Aust' $2coins.

Neat - I don't have a UV light to test with and only thought it was done with banknotes, but there's no reason why not with coloured $2 coins.
