There is doubling of the 3 in the date. It's not the FS-101--- I am thinking it is either 1DO-015 or 1DP-019 listed on Coppercoins---but I am having difficulty identifying markers. I would appreciate any help!
Thanks in advance.

There are many of the doubled dies for this year/mm that are very subtle and you have to really look closely. If you really think you have something, you need to get all, if not most, of the gunk off the coin first. Finding doubling is the first thing but you need to pay attention to the mint mark location too, they are a nice marker and will match "exactly". Yours is way south of the two varieties you suggested.

Thanks makecents. I'll check the other listings. However, I've given this coin two separate acetone and distilled water soaks and still cannot get the green "gunk' removed. Any suggestions from anyone?

It appears to be a normal coin if you are looking on the '3'?

I agree, not a DDO, just a normal cent.
