That is from the photo editor I use to resize the photo, it's a cheap free one.
I lose quality when I resize the photo.

sharp and bold strike is the hallmark for this year. lighting may be a little too much blocking out luster but it looks like its all there. solid MS64 if all the luster there

Cheek is super clean, I agree with 64 minimum with a good shot at 65.
