Found this and I don't know what to think about it.
At 1st glance was going to throw out but after looking at the date I figured I should ask the experts.

What do you all make of this? Trash or is it something worth keeping?

@the, this one is a spender for me. That zinc rot is only going to spread. Funny how it attacked the bottom part of the 3 though.

IT is a 1983 dated coin. the circle near the tail of the 3 is a zinc bubble that burst open to reveal the rotten zinc core.

Very aggressive occurrence of zinc rot--like a bad rash which won't go away, only spreads. The date has been distorted.

A split on the plating add zinc rot setting in on this one makes it an easy spender.
