I have seen plenty of Machine Doubling but not like this. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm thinking Die Deterioration is a factor here. Largen and sharp photos of the obverse and reverse might tell us more. Thanks.

Always give us entire photos of both sides of your coin, please. I agree, from the little with can see, this appears to be Die Deterioration.

outlined lettering like that is usually caused by Die Deterioration

. I agree with DDD. It looks similar to Longacre doubling but isn't.

The dies are getting weak and allows additional metal to flow into the field. A DDO or DDR will always change the size of the device.

Either way it doesn't add a premium to the coin. But leaning more towards die wear.
