I found this coin roll hunting, and is bright and lustrous but looks worn down. I am also not ruling out struck thru grease, since the hair details in the head are mostly gone, and there is clear flatness in some areas on the reverse. I have compared this to a 2015-P nickel for comparison.
If this is PMD, then it don't look like it since the luster is still intact .
I was leaving my 2 biggest possibilities out there, either Grease Filled Die or extreme die wear consistent with VLDS dies. After looking at it more, it is definitely not a PMD event; it has cartwheel luster both sides. I felt this one could go either way, but not necessarily both at once which is not likely.
Looks like the worst of both worlds. DDD and Some Grease Fill. Still not a premium for the coin. Just an educational piece to a new collector or a spender. The coin is in your hands.
