Compare your coin to PCGS Photograde and/or another Dime of the same year and mint. The U is always in very close proximity to, or touching, the Olive branch. Variety Vista lists not DDR's most none on the 1980's dimes. http://varietyvista.com/07%20Roosev...Listings.htm A few listings on the post 1999 dimes on the reverses, but more on the area your are looking and above that area.
