Please give me your opinion. I got carried away with uploading images. To all of you who have been telling me images are to blurry is this any better? There isn't a single hairline by the way!

Pics are ok,but a few too many. It looks like the coin has DDD to me. I would look for a better one.

Very nice example. MS65+ works for me too. Outstanding hole filler until better comes along.

As of yet I am still not fully aware of the lingo ( DDD) is still new to me! What type of pictures are you guys looking for? I thought these were the sharpest yet. I will continue to work on it. These came directly from a coin microscope, unedited except to resize to fit the forum. These pics are also from a much stronger power microscope way more than a regular 10x loupe. Maybe my problem is matching pictures to other ms-67 coins from PCGS. Again I got carried away posting Pics, practice makes me better and faster.

MS66RD and could go higher. there is a little weakness in strike as noted by the steps which may hold it to 66 or 67. my best guess is MS67RD

Too much glare and a bit out of focus. Click on DDD.

Looks to have the luster! Lots of obverse field distractions. Nice looking SD!

It looks like you are using the scope light, which usually causes too much glare for Grading photos.

When I take photos using my scope, I like to bring in other light sources and kill my scope light completely. I only use my scope light for focusing in the Coin.

I use a lamp and handheld pin light. I sometimes use them together, sometimes separate.

Nice looking coin. I'm not a good grader so I don't look at the photos with that eye. I think they look fantastic.

Bit of small chatter in the right field, I'd say it could squeeze out an ms66 though, real nice coin for the date.

Wow I was just trying that but not in that configuration much, much appreciated. The coin has a hidden scuff mark in the field on the obverse above the date. the scuff is a little to much to not affect the grade. I wanted a 67 (but only in my dreams) BadThad has been helping me tremendously on what to look for. I am obsessed with submitting a 67 on my own. Until I accomplish that I will be wasting a lot of money. Everyone on the forum tells me just buy one (with good reason) but it's not the same. A picture does not capture hairlines. Future pictures will be of coins without hairlines

grospoisson, I am going to help you out. When you reply, switch to "full reply" and look for the little icon showing a page and a red arrow shooting to the right (next to the last icon on the right of the row of icons). This my friend is the quote funcion. Click on the box and you'll get quote commands. Please your copied text in the middle of the two quote brackets, and the finished product will look like this:

You can test it before publishing by using the "Preview" tab.

As for not knowing what DDD is, wow, you really need to study numismatic terms before posting here! There is a full glossary on the left hand side of pages here, and study a video or two on how coins are made to help you understand what errors and varieties look like. Plus if you still need more term and/or example, use the search box atop every page on the left here on CCF to search past postings to learn more on any subject. Please, become familiar with the three error reference sites and study what true errors look like. By continuing to present coins and ask "What errors does my coin have?" might get you answers, but not an understanding. If you study as I suggested here, you'll personally find this hobby a lot more enjoyable. Bonne chance!
